There's a nearby market, designated parking for each resident, and good connectivity with easily accessible public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good condition, and garbage collection is regular. Elevators are installed and maintained, and we have reliable electricity and water supply. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites, and homes have proper ventilation and good plaster and fittings. Security guards are also available. Amenities such as the gym, garden, play area for kids, clubhouse is available and well-maintained, and the neighbors are very nice and friendly.read more
The sole negative aspect is the lack of a swimming pool, which would improve leisure time activities and ties within the neighborhood. A pool makes for a more lively and pleasurable living environment for people by offering a place for rest and exercise, particularly in the summer.read more

The main market is nearby, making shopping and daily errands easy. Additionally, there are no problems with leakage or termites. While cleanliness is average, it is generally satisfactory. The construction quality of the houses is top-notch, with no water leakage or seepage issues at all. The timely garbage pickup and clean campus make a huge difference. The gym is a great perk. Neighbors are very well-connected and supportive. Autos and cabs are easily available. Having several playschools nearby is a huge bonus for families.read more
There is a absence of a swimming pool. A swimming pool would provide a perfect spot for relaxation, exercise, and social gatherings, especially during the hot summer months. It's disappointing not to have this facility, as it feels like the one missing piece in an otherwise excellent community.read more
