Good things here

Schools & Malls are accessible with-in walking distance only. This place is very well connected to all the public transport. Just opposite to Iconic Shyamal Mall.

Autos and Cabs easily available

Wide and spacious roads

No water logging on roads

None. No issues at all. The property is old but the D tower is well maintained and when you look at the tower, you will not feel that it is 30 year old property. Ample parking space available.

Good things here

As per my observation locality maintained clean. No water shortage at all, good school hospital and other facility are easily available nearby, road quality are top notch maintain by authority, no water logging well planned sevarage system, rain water clear immediately also public transportation easily available and affordable.

what i dislike about this area is because very commercial traffic pollution is concern else nothing to say about more cons.

Good things here

The society is very good. There is no crime history and i felt very much secure. The society is very friendly with me and my family. I won't suffer from major issues. I don't face any water shortage

There is no bank ATM machine available nearby. The road is not constructed properly at many places. Petrol pump is also not nearby. There is a need td install CCTV cameras at many places

Good things here

There are great schools, malls and resturants nearby and electricity charges is also not too high. It is certainly lesser than other localities. Also there are great schools, hospitals and malls nearby.
