Good things here

There are good schools and hospitals near by the society even local transport is easily available. There are good market and restaurants near by the society. Build quality is strong and steady and there is no leakage and seepage issues. All the basic amenities are available like park,garden,gym,kids play area in the society and everything is well maintained and fully functional. Society is neat,clean and well maintained and maintenance charges are reasonable in the society.read more

Things need improvement

Railways station is far way from the society. Power back up facilities are not available in the society. There is no swimming pool in the society. Allocated parking is not available in the society but the parking is sufficient and anyone can park randomly.read more

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. The people are overall good and social in the society, all cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.read more

Things need improvement

The maintainance is not good in the society, maintainance issues are faced. The main problem is faced regarding lifts, there are 4 lifts in the building but out of that only 1 lift works, lifts are not maintained preperly. There is also problem faced regarding cleanliness, society id not kept clean and hygine is not maintained properly. A lot of water supply issues arise time to time in the society. Seepage and leakage issues are very common, even wall quality is not good, the plaster comes off easily. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society There are no proper safety features accuired in the society.read more

Good things here

Transportation connectivity is good, with a railway station 4 km away, a well-maintained railway station junction 10 km away, and a bus stand 5 km away. Main road connectivity is excellent with Gopal Bypass nearby and wide roads. Maintenance is fine, ensuring regular water supply and preventing waterlogging. Electricity is also consistent. The construction quality of the building is good, with no termite or seepage issues. Amenities include parks and gardens, and the people are nice and friendly.read more

There is no clubhouse or swimming pool nearby, and CCTVs are not available. need more tight security system .read more
