Good things here
Society ka Lifts acha hai, CCTV are working fine. No seepage/leakage issues here. No issues here , everything is good she said.
Things need improvement
She said its a basic society, there are no Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse & gym here in the society.

Connectivity achhi hai metro station , bus stop sab pas me hai . construction quality bohot achha hai plaster and fitings quality bohot achhi hai .
Things need improvement
Society ke bahar ke wall me 10-20 sal se paint nhi hua . facilities like gym, swimming pool , club house available nhi hai , power back up bhi nhi hai . security guard achhi nhi hai society ke anadar stranger ajate hai koi bhi ake lift me chad jate hai .

Good things here
Auto cabs are easily available near the society and the society is not very big, hence there is only one gym, that too is not very big, it is a small gym.
Things need improvement
The society is not very big so there are not many amenities available like swimming pool, club house is not available and the market area is very far away, there is no market nearby.

Good things here
The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues and plaster quality issues are not seen as such. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.

Right now Iam not facing any issues in the society that needs improvemnt. Everything is good about this society.

Good things here
There's a mall, a vegetable market, and easy access to metro, autos, and cabs near the society. Inside the society, everything operates 24/7 smoothly. We have CCTV cameras, fire safety measures, and security guards to keep things safe. The cleanliness and hygiene in the society are also well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The society's construction quality is not great. Sometimes, the walls get damp and the plaster starts falling off, which can cause problems. There are no amenities like a swimming pool, gym, or clubhouse in the society. There's also no playground for children to play in, and no festivals or cultural events are organized in the committee.
