    Good things here

    The location is well connected. In front of the project there is one school. Markets, other essential things are easily available. It is very close to Rajarhat main road.read more

    Things need improvement

    We want to shift there but unable to as almost all the accessories of bathrooms and kitchen had been missing since last 3 months. During possession of the flat we found one door had Crack so the builder asked us to keep one key with them so that they can complete the work. After few months the work was done but the key was not provided to us as the person responsible for key handover was nor available. Later on we asked for the key again but somehow we didnot get that. Later on we moved to some other place and after around one year on returning we found almost all the accessories of bathrooms and kitchen are missing, though we had been given our maintenance on time properly. Basic security of our flat has not been provided. Since last 3 months we are asking FM of the site and also to the builders representatives in main office to help us so that we can shift to our flat but in vain.read more

Last but not least, the safety and security features are very strict, which makes you feel safe and secure with your family and friends. It is one of the most well-known projects. Overall, it is a good place to live suitable for a working couple as you will not find any security concerns here. There is no traffic congestion there. If you work the evening shift, there is no need to be concerned because of the strict security both inside and outside the society.
