Good things here
The location is well connected. In front of the project there is one school. Markets, other essential things are easily available. It is very close to Rajarhat main road.
Things need improvement
We want to shift there but unable to as almost all the accessories of bathrooms and kitchen had been missing since last 3 months. During possession of the flat we found one door had Crack so the builder asked us to keep one key with them so that they can complete the work. After few months the work was done but the key was not provided to us as the person responsible for key handover was nor available. Later on we asked for the key again but somehow we didnot get that. Later on we moved to some other place and after around one year on returning we found almost all the accessories of bathrooms and kitchen are missing, though we had been given our maintenance on time properly. Basic security of our flat has not been provided. Since last 3 months we are asking FM of the site and also to the builders representatives in main office to help us so that we can shift to our flat but in vain.

The condition of the roadways is good as well as neat and clean, but sometimes you might face traffic problems. Last but not least, the safety and security features are very strict, which makes you feel safe and secure with your family and friends. It is one of the most well-known projects. You will get all your necessary items within a walkable distance. Nowadays, it is very difficult to imagine a society having enough space for parking. A hospital is also nearby for emergency purposes.

This project gives spectacular and beautiful views from your balcony. The amenities including grocery shops, gym, banquet hall, and parks are available inside the society. Overall, it is a good place to live suitable for a working couple as you will not find any security concerns here. The society has a pollution-free environment, fresh air and well connected with plenty of transport options that let you reach anywhere shortly. Another advantage of this society is the minimal maintenance charges and clean internal roads with trees planted for lush greenery.

Society has a pollution-free environment, fresh air and is well connected with plenty of transport options. Your daily needs are met; you don't even need to go outside of society. There is no traffic congestion there. If you work the evening shift, there is no need to be concerned because of the strict security both inside and outside the society. The best part is that these cabs are available at all times. Street lights are there at even the next step.

There are two guards on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Other facilities, like 24*7 water supply and power back-up, are also available. You hardly face any traffic issues outside of society, which makes it easier to reach your destination quickly. The most impressive thing about this society is its security system. All sorts of transportation options are available here. You will find a shopping mall, markets, banks, ATMs, are nearby.

Just 6.4km away from the airport and close proximity to the Rajahat road makes it a well connected project. The apartmentsare very well-made and maintained to a high standard. Because the society is located in a great location as well as having great infrastructure, it makes it a great place to reside in. The outside view is just awesome and makes you feel relaxed.
