The land is fertile and the soil is excellent. It is adjacent to PWD road and is near to Champakara, Manthurhty and Karukachal town. Asking price is Rs. 3Lacs per cent. The price is negotiable for serious buyers.

Things need improvement

Honestly the plot is excellent, and is a bit void from the busy noise that arises from the town. However, there aren't any adjacent shops, but there are shops a few hundred meters away from the plot. There are many upcoming new houses in this region and will soon be developed into a well planned area in the nearby future.

The site features a 3m-wide access road and a 4m-wide internal road, which provides adequate space for the smooth movement of large construction vehicles. The limited nature of the roads contributes to a quiet neighbourhood with less traffic!
