I really love the location! It's just perfect. There are so many convenient places nearby such as hospitals, schools, and a bank. Not to mention, the grocery stores and other amenities are just within 5 kilometres. It's just so convenient!

Safety, cleanliness, and a good environment, though it can be noisy at times, are all good for familiar and small families, and all educational academies are good for religious things.

There is plenty of parking, the market is within walking distance, and the market is open one day per week, on Thursday, where you can buy everything. Aside from traffic, the roads are in excellent condition.

A very appealing society. The fort of Golconda is home to many good people. Dhankota is one of Golconda's best neighbourhoods. There are wide roads and no problems with any of the services.
