The Hosur-Sarjapur Road Layout popularly known as HSR Layout is a residential colony located to the south of Bangalore. It was formed by the town planning government agency of Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) in 1990. This layout is known for its quiet environment with lots of gardens and parks. It is broadly located in the IT corridor i.e. between two large centers of the IT industry.
