February 08, 2024: The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) announces e-auction of 101 developed sites. The earnest money deposit is fixed at Rs 4 lakh. The base price is between Rs 60,000 per sqm to Rs 2.02 lakh per sqm.
The sites that will be e-auctioned are located in Banashankari 6th Stage, Anjanapura 9th Block, HAL Layout, HBR 1st stage, HSR Layout, Koramangala 8th Block, RPC Layout, M Vishweshwaraiah Layout and JP Nagar 8th Phase.
To be held on two dates, serial number 1 to 64 bidding starts on February 16, 2024 and closes on February 17, 2024 at 5 PM. Bidding for serial number 65 to 101 starts on February 19, 2024 and closes on February 20, 2024 at 5 PM.
The e-Auction will include residential corner, intermediate sites. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the BDA’s Disposal of Corner Sites, Intermediate Sites and other Auctionable Sites Rules, 1984. The sites are auctioned on ‘as is where is’ basis.

Terms to participate in BDA auction
- Auction purchaser should be a citizen of India.
- 5% Service charge on EMD shall be deducted during refund if remitted to BDA’s account instead of E-Auction portal.
- Uploading of PAN Card in e-portal is compulsory.
- 25% of the money should be paid by successful winners 72 hours before closing time after deducting EMD amount to BDA’s account.
- Successful bidders should pay the remaining 75% within 45 days of receiving allotment letter from BDA.
- EMD amount will be credited to unsuccessful bidders account in one month.
- For e-auction of sites, minimum two bidders should be there. Single bidder will be rejected.
