Good things here

It was average before 5 years, Mantainance was good for power supply. Ammenities were functional and usable like club house, swimming pool. I did not face any issues with management. read more

Maintaining the clubhouse in the society is a delightful experience, with reasonable maintenance charges making it accessible to all. The absence of pollution in the vicinity adds to the overall quality of life. Convenient access to cabs within the society premises enhances transportation options for residents. Amenities such as the swimming pool and gym are well-maintained, contributing to residents' well-being. Although I left the society three years ago, I remember the reliable water facility that was available. Additionally, markets and other facilities are conveniently located within walking distance from the society, making daily tasks easier for residents. read more

The hospitals being 4-5 kilometers away from the society pose inconvenience during emergencies. Traffic issues around the society further exacerbate the inconvenience for residents. Additionally, cleanliness standards outside the society are subpar, impacting the overall living environment. read more

Good things here

I moved out of the society six years ago, but during my time there, I found the people to be very kind and cooperative. As a student, I enjoyed spending time at the clubhouse. I also appreciated the fact that there was no pollution around the society. read more

Things need improvement

The society provides a park for residents, offering a space for recreation and relaxation. However, the maintenance charges within the society are considerably expensive. Additionally, colleges are located quite far from the society, approximately 5 kilometers away, which may pose challenges for students residing there. read more
