Good things here

The parking facility is good. Lift is also available for going up and down. Schools for small and big children are available nearby. Electricity supply is always available. The water supply is also good. The view from outside the house looks very nice. Auto rickshaws and taxis are available from the main road. One can also go to hospital easily from here

This place is not safe at night, especially for children. In many places the road is broken which needs to be repaired. In the rainy season, rainwater accumulates on the road.

50 gaj plot with construction of three floors available near bandh road, aastha public school with great construction and strong foundation
