Good things here

This location is very popular for software Engineer where alot of good jobs available and this locality has great environment. transportation facilities and all the necessary facilities are available nearby. good number of schools and hospitals are available nearby. no power cuts and water shortage problems.

Hi tech city is same like it's name here so many big companies are available and also there are a lot of openings always available for jobs. it is known for its divorce community making wheat easy for people from different background to settle in this area. the area has several parks.

the place is very safe and comfortable, with less traffic congestion and well maintained parks. the sunsets are beautiful in the evening. hospital and schools are within walking distance, with good coaching and affordable fees. transportation facilities, including cabs,autos and buses, are readily available.

significant issues in the area incluid water shortage, pollution, and increasing garbage problem, and a lack of night petroling, which result in limited police present and safety concerns. this factor make it uncomfortable to live in certain parts.

This area offers a blend of modern amenities and community vibrancy. The area is well equipped with gyms, swimming pools,and well kept parks, while shopping malls are conveniently close. Metro connectivity is excellent,and roads are mostly in good condition . Public transport is efficient and friendly neighborhood add to the overall pleasant atmosphere.Schools and hospitals nearby further enhances the living experience.

Despite the many benefits the cost of living is high with expensive housing and dining options. Membership fees for amenities like pools and gyms can add up. Traffic congestion and ongoing construction create disturbances while pollution add up to the drawbacks. Parking is also a frequent issue.

Hi tech city is best for staying and many facilities available hera metro station are near and roads are well maintained. If you want yo go auto and cabs are available every time. Good hospitals are near and good facilities are available.

High noise pollution is one of the major problems faced here.The roads are crowded,and suffering from frequent traffic jams is unbearable. Vehicle emissions pollute the air.Rent for flat is abit higher compared to other cities in Hyderabad.
