The location leaves much to be desired, as it faces a slum area and is adjacent to a dump yard of auto-rickshaws. Additionally, the water sewage system is subpar. In light of these issues, I would recommend opting for a construction site with better surroundings and infrastructure.

Premium services include lifts, gas pipelines, and more. The gym is well-equipped, sports facilities exceed expectations, and the pool is perfect for weekend swims. The active RWA organizes various functions for celebrations. Shops inside the society cater to day-to-day needs. Modern and premium infrastructure, three well-maintained parks, and a family-friendly atmosphere make it an ideal place for kids. The electricity service is reliable, with minimal power cuts and modern DG backups. Ample parking is available both underground and on the first floor.
Things need improvement
While there's not much negativity, no place is perfect. The swimming pool, though nice, is a bit small for those above 25; it could be larger and deeper. The gym, equipped with modern machines, lacks maintenance due to low usage. Sports facilities are excellent, but the absence of indoor space for sports like badminton is a drawback. The lifts, though good, face occasional disruptions due to delayed or no maintenance, requiring stair usage around 4-5 times a month. Overall, the society is ideal for families seeking a budget-friendly place.

Good things here
The society is excellent with a beautiful garden and essential amenities such as a gym, pool, and park. The location is prime, especially with my flat facing the garden on the sixth floor. The room sizes, especially the master bedroom, are spacious compared to the carpet area. The woodwork done by the owner is impressive. Conveniently, shops and a food court are available within the society. Security is not a concern. Overall, I would rate it 95 out of 100.
Things need improvement
The outer walls of some buildings appear dirty and less maintained. The lift performance is acceptable, though not outstanding. There are some road-related issues in the vicinity.

There is swimming pool in the society but there is no pool coach, so many people want to learn swimming but they dont have coach. lack of hygeine in pool and pool should be heated so that we can use it in winters also.

The fact that NH-8 is nearby is a plus. Bestech SPA and DLF Ultima are two further amazing communities that surround Bestech Ananda. The major road in front of Bestech Society has to be fixed; it is the only upgrade needed.

In 5 kilometres are a retail centre, banks, a hospital, and schools. If you have a solid security system, you can leave at night. There are both public and private transportation options in Sector 81. Early taxi service is provided. Within 5 kilometres are PVR and Inox. There are also snacks from the street.
