The location leaves much to be desired, as it faces a slum area and is adjacent to a dump yard of auto-rickshaws. Additionally, the water sewage system is subpar. In light of these issues, I would recommend opting for a construction site with better surroundings and infrastructure.

The electricity service is reliable, with minimal power cuts and modern DG backups. Ample parking is available both underground and on the first floor.

Things need improvement

While there's not much negativity, no place is perfect. The swimming pool, though nice, is a bit small for those above 25; it could be larger and deeper. The gym, equipped with modern machines, lacks maintenance due to low usage. Sports facilities are excellent, but the absence of indoor space for sports like badminton is a drawback. The lifts, though good, face occasional disruptions due to delayed or no maintenance, requiring stair usage around 4-5 times a month. Overall, the society is ideal for families seeking a budget-friendly place.

The society is excellent with a beautiful garden and essential amenities such as a gym, pool, and park. The location is prime, especially with my flat facing the garden on the sixth floor. The room sizes, especially the master bedroom, are spacious compared to the carpet area. The woodwork done by the owner is impressive. Conveniently, shops and a food court are available within the society. Security is not a concern. Overall, I would rate it 95 out of 100.

Things need improvement

The outer walls of some buildings appear dirty and less maintained. The lift performance is acceptable, though not outstanding. There are some road-related issues in the vicinity.

The fact that NH-8 is nearby is a plus. Bestech SPA and DLF Ultima are two further amazing communities that surround Bestech Ananda. The major road in front of Bestech Society has to be fixed; it is the only upgrade needed.
