Good things here
The only thing that was good there was connectivity, public transport was easily available .
Things need improvement
Everything in the society was below average, there were no maintenance services, anyone would park their car in anyone's parking, there was no maintenance and gym swimming pool, clubhouse, everything was available but anything would stop anytime, construction quality was also very bad

Good things here
Hospitals, Schools are very nearby like 2-3 km. Market is very close. Construction quality is good. Everything is well maintained. No traffic issue here. The place is safe as CCTV cameras are there. The surrounding is clean.

Everything about the society is good, security is very good, there is a metro station nearby, cab auto, everything is easily provided.

The material provided for the construction of oral societies is also quite good. Uber and autos are available outside the society.
Things need improvement
There is no intercom in the society which should be there and there is a lot of street dogs. Children cannot be left alone. Street dogs bite the children. There is no safety of children for this thing.

People living in the society are very nice, cooperative, amenities like clubhouse are available and very well maintained and connectivity is also very good.
Things need improvement
The society has become very old, so if something breaks somewhere, it gets damaged, it takes a lot of time to get fixed. If anything gets damaged, it cannot be fixed as soon as possible.

Good things here
There was a big market in the Society just nearby, and schools and hospitals were available nearby due to which there was no problem even in case of emergency.
Things need improvement
The maintenance services provided by the society were very useless, the balcony used to break many times, if there was plaster, it was not maintained, it took a lot of time to provide any service, and there was no metro station near the society.

There is a market inside the society from where easy grocery, fruits, and everything else is available.

The plaster on the walls of the flat is peeling off and the material used for its construction is very bad.

There is a metro station nearby, a railway station, a school, and a hospital, everything is available, and the connectivity is very good.
Things need improvement
The quality of construction done in the society is very poor, the wardrobe is completely useless, its wood all breaks, keep painting again and again but still, dampness comes, many times short circuit occurs due to dampness. The swimming pool is only built but cannot be used.

The water quality was very dirty and many times the things started getting damaged. The ARO used to get damaged. The maintenance charges were also very high. The electricity bill was also very high. The amenities were also not very good. The work was more important.

Society is very good, there is greenery in the society, there is a playground for children, among the amenities, club house is available and it is very well maintained. There is also backup of lights.

Society is okay but there is no nursing home near the society which is the thing i don’t like in my society, as for infants vaccines we have to go far.

Connectivity was good, auto cabs etc. were easily provided there and amenities like clubhouse swimming pool were all available and well maintained.
Things need improvement
The services there were not good, there was a lot of delay in providing service and the construction quality was very dirty. The material used to build the building was of very poor quality.

The outer area of the society needs repainting and the metro station is at a distance of 3.5 kilometres from here, so there is little problem for that.
