my locality maintain in very well manner . it is clean at all the times and do not have any pollution.

Good things here
I can say that this society is the best society I lived before. This society is an exceptional place to live, offering a perfect blend of comfort and community. The society's location is convenient and easily accessible with excellent transportation links and proximity to essential amenities. Overall a amazing society.
Things need improvement
There is nothing to dislike it. Cab booking Facilities are available at any time. There is no any water shortage. Also very low power cuts.

Good things here
This society is the best society in bellandur Bangalore. This locality is centrally located green surrounding quiet and peaceful.This is also well connected to railway stations, bus stop. The transportation facilities are too amazing. Online cab booking facility available everywhere in this locality.

This society is Full hygiened and Furnished. All basic amenities like schools, colleges, hospitals, are so near. There is everything well.

Good things here
Electricity charges are slightly high but there is low power cuts in this area so I will recommend to live here especially to family people because it is very safe.

Very few negatives really. The Bellandur Lake is one of my favourite spots to unwind at times and the oxygen of our locality which has really been a nice thing. Overall amenities are also within accessible distance. So investment and ownership-wise, good place to be in.

You get access to Sarjapur Road on one hand and also all the best hospitals, schools, and other infrastructure. So I am pleased with my investment. My housing society is on the main road itself and I feel that I can commute better and faster now to my workplace. So my feelings are only positive about it.

I am really appreciative of how the authorities have develoepd this location. It is so peaceful at most times of the day and night but yet offers good connectivity through Sarjapur Road. There are quite a few projects also. The overall amenitie are also better suited for families.

Bellandur has always been Bangalore's best-kept-secret. Tranquil and very peaceful. But I still feel that more can be done in the housing or real estate department here. However, that does not mean that options are insufficient. Overall experience has been good for some years now.

There are no power cuts in the locality and the roads are very clean and well maintained. The locality has ample greenery in the form of various green belts and multiple parks where people go for morning and evening walks.

The flats/Pg accomodation is easily available and the rent is pocket friendly if you are coming here and are starting your career. The locality offers multiple amenities to its residents in close proximity and the pros of the lcoality easily outweigh the cons.

There are many IT companies located near to this locality and one can easily commute to their offices and save time on commuting. The prices of real estate is on the higher side, but it is well justified for the employees of such companies, for whom time is of the essence.
