I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to reside in Majestic Fortune at J P Nagar, and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. The list of grievances I encountered during my stay is extensive, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to prevent others from going through a similar ordeal. Poor Management: Dealing with the management team was an exercise in frustration. They were unresponsive to residents' concerns and seemed more interested in collecting maintenance than addressing legitimate problems. Essential communication about upcoming events or maintenance schedules was virtually non-existent. Noise Pollution: The noise levels are unbearable. The whole day the construction activities are going on in flats and societal level. Amenities Misrepresentation: No amenities exist except the swimming pool and the speed of completing these pending items is super slow.read more
