Schools and office is near to the society.Connectivity like cabs and autos are near to the society.Regular maintainances water and electricity is good. Garden area is well- maintained. Very peaceful atmosphere.

Constuctions arond the society can be disruptive.The constuction workers are entering into the society at night times on bikes. It is very dangeores in night times to go out side.

Good things here
This place is so safe and secure. CCTV cameras are installed everywhere. I haven't faced any type of pollution issues in this area. No any type of water shortage, also very low power cuts. The structure and design of buildings is so beautiful.

I like this society too much. The design of flats and buildings is so beautiful and vibrant. All basic amenities are available. So peaceful place.

Good things here
This society is so neat and clean. There is no any traffic on roads. Cab and transport facilities are awesome. Local markets, malls are so near.The quality of roads is amazing, I've never faced any type of issues while driving on this road. Parking facility is too good also.

Gachibowli is good connectivity at all places like school, hospitals,malls and market. It also have hitech I.T hubs. Metro station at walking distance. It is good area for women.

I have heard hear that here at night there is a lot of robberies and theives done. At night light at street is also low.

The society has a 100% power backup. It has an inhouse restaurants, squash courts, Badminton Courts, GYM, Swimming Pool and all the facilities one would expect from a premium society.
Things need improvement
Not really anything that I can think of that I dislike about the community. It has a lot of green spaces and walking paths for a relaxing evening stroll after dinner.

I love staying in Gachibowli since my workplace is nearby and love the fact that ISB and other reputed educational instiuttions are here since the crowd is decent. Mostly rental units with so many students and young professionals. Bought a home here and amenities have been good at my project.

Pleased with my investment although the only thing is that metro stations are slightly far away and this willl lead to steady price appreciation instead of rapid jump. But then, locality has all the IT hubs and MNCs with reputed colleges also. So I am happy overall.

Of course, one would desire to stay at Gachibowli in current context. Lots of investments are flowing here and IT and ITeS will change face of Hyderabad with its growth engine being Gachibowli. I have no doubts about that. More improvements to come soon.

Gachibowli is flourished with various amenities for the residents. Healthcare for pets, schools, hospitals, SHE shuttle, CCTV near Gachibowli lake are few take-away for the residents. Flyovers constructed at places help to reduce traffic congestion. Demand of houses for rent is high in the area due to the stretch of IT companies and student count.

Gachibowli experiences high power cuts during summer season combined with water scarcity. The roads are dark at certain pockets due to insufficient street lights. Pollution is high. Sewage overflow is a common sight during rainy seasons. Garbage burning is a great concern for residents.

Gachibowli located in West Hyderabad is the center point of IT Hub. It has good connectivity of roads to neighbouring states. A recreational park is a bonus for the residents. SHE Shuttle ensures safety for working women. Malls are located nearby.

Gachibowli lacks metro connectivity which is vital requirement of today's fast moving world. It is very difficult to find a vehicle during times of emergency. There are no clean parks and bus stops. Some roads are accident prone especially near Wipro Circle. During rainy season, the roads get flooded with water at certain pockets.
