Good things here
Rooms of the apartment is quite spacious,isolated and noice proof.Crowd of the people is good all the festivals are celebrated in the society,overall good socialism in the society.
Things need improvement
Connectiivty with local tranport is concern like auto cabs are not easily available near by the society.There are no amenities in the society even paking has to be purchase by the owner.Build quality is poor,there are leakage seepage pesticides issues in the apartments.Cctvs are not well maintained in the society.

Good things here
Connectivity is good. Schools, Hospitals is near. Construction quality is good. Community here is good. Its a gated society.
Things need improvement
No gym, swimming pool and clubhouse here. Traffic issue during peak office hours.

Good things here
Offices are near the society. The rent charges are low. People staying in the society are mainly working in IT sectors, more or less they are friendly and copperative
Things need improvement
The maintainance is very bad in thhe society, time to time maintainance are not done. Garbage collections are not done on time, the stairs remained uncleaned and garbage was spread all over. The society is situated quite outer part, the connectivity is not good around the society, public transportations are not available easily around the society. There are no nearby market areas around the society The construction quality of the buildings are not good, seepage and leakage issues are faced. Major water logging issues are faced inside and outside the society specially during rainy season. Transportation becomes very difficult at that time. The roads gets filled with water logging issues. Gym is available but the quality is ot good, sufficient equipements are not available. cultural festivals and events are not celebrated together in the society.

Good things here
The society was very peaceful with minimal noise. The flats were spacious, and the society was very clean. There were no issues with leakage or seepage. The people were very nice, and everyone celebrated festivals together. There was a play area in the society, which was built above the parking area. The landlord was very good to us.
Things need improvement
It was quite difficult to find auto-rickshaws, and even when you tried to book them online, other drivers often refused to come. The roads outside the society were in very bad condition, and there were issues with water logging. The society was quite old, and it hadn't been painted for a long time. We had to rely on tanker water because we didn't receive water from the municipal corporation, which posed a significant problem, especially during the summer months. There were no modern amenities in the society.

Good things here
The flats are well-ventilated, sunlight comes in, there are no issues of leakage or seepage, everyone is friendly. Festivals are celebrated. Pets and bachelors are allowed in the society. There is a garden and gym in the society. The society is clean. Autos are available nearby. landlord were very cooperative.
Things need improvement
Maintenance work is currently underway on the roads outside the society. Extra charges are required for the gym. There is no swimming pool. Maintenance charges are slightly higher. The water supply is limited to mornings and evenings, and there is a slight shortage of water.

Good things here
The society was very clean. Everyone was friendly, and all festivals like Ganpati and Durga Puja were celebrated together. The flats were well-ventilated, spacious, and free from leakage or seepage issues. The lifts were well-maintained, and pets were allowed. Auto rickshaws and buses were available right outside the society.
Things need improvement
There was a significant issue with the water supply; we had to arrange for water from outside. Water came only once or twice a day. The gym was quite basic, with few equipments and some of them were broken. There was no swimming pool, and the garden was small. Outside the society, during the rainy season, there was an issue of waterlogging on the roads.

Construction of this place is quite reliable. Free spaces are available for the residents. Children have their own playzone. Adults too can enjoy these spaces and spend their quality time.

It is located at Talawade in Pune. 1, 2 and 3 Bhk flats are available in this place. Construction of this place is really good. Apartments and flats are well structured and quite comfortable.

Devi Indrayani is one of the nicest places located in Pune. This place is quite spacious and large. There are a lot of open spaces available in this location. People can enjoy these spaces.

Security and safety of this place are nicer. Cameras are installed in proper places. Nearby local places are safe and quite nice. There are street lights on roads. People are quite satisfied with life here.
