Good things here
Living in that society was an amazing experience. Local transportation was easily approachable, and multiple schools, hospitals, malls, restaurants, and movie theaters were nearby, making the locality very convenient. The build quality was excellent, with no problems regarding leakage or seepage. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, featuring proper ventilation, large windows, and attached balconies. All the amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and park, were available and tenants could use them without extra charges. Allocated parking for both owners and visitors was provided, and there were no drainage issues. Safety features like fire extinguishers were in place, and all areas were under CCTV surveillance. There were guards available 24/7, and the society had a reliable 24/7 water and electricity supply. The residents were friendly and cooperative, contributing to a pleasant community�atmosphere.read more

There is no metro near the society, and the railway station is far away. The airport is about 50 minutes to 1 hour away from the society. One major drawback is the lack of a temple within the society. Additionally, the approach road to the society connects to a main road that is around 700 meters away. This connecting road lacks street lighting at night, making it risky for traveling. Furthermore, there are no CCTVs available�in�the�society. One of the notable downsides was that community events and functions were not celebrated, leading to a lack of social cohesion. As a result, everyone lived their own lives, and coordination between residents was�not�that�great.read more

I've found a wonderful place to live! The construction quality of our society is top-notch, with spacious and well-ventilated flats. The people here are incredibly nice, friendly, and cooperative, making it a joy to interact with them. I have had a very positive experience living in this society. Everything is available and well-maintained. Parking has never been an issue, and garbage collection always happens on time.
