property is going to go for redevelopment 30% extra area will be given . corpos fund will be given as well rent is 26k as well

Good things here
yes i feel safe and secure my family in night time because the cameras are working in this place.no i can't believe and face anything problem in face any shortage .the quality is very nice and well maintained and the traffic in this place is not low.in the monsoon situation there was no water logging.yes I access all great schools and huge hospitals malls in this place about 1km

no i can't see dislike detail about this location but the pollution in this place is much and it is bad for health

society is well maintained and safe for anyone staying here. no powercuts and sufficient parking space available.

maintenance society is quite high. During office hours, the traffic is high due to metro station construction

The building is quite good and have proper facilities like gym , garden , etc. The parking space in the building is also quite good

Amazing place and location is too much impressive easily transportation cab availability. nearby school, malls, restaurants ,temple , market etc. 24hrs water and electricity supply. security with cctv and guard. lot of space for parking well maintained streelights. neat and clean environment. good people and decent neighborhood.

i think everything is almost fine here but sometimes water logging and traffic problem are happened for few times but otherwise everything is better than other.

Borivali east is a wonderful locality to live, there are good malls and supermarket like metrow wholesale nearby. Also it has many temples the Mataji temple on carter road Borivali east is 100+ years old. The area is very developing right now. Wonderful locality wonderful location wonderful people. Also Sanjay Gandhi national park is very near to chill with family and friends over the weekend. Also all the trains stop at borivali station and theres a metro rail connectivity as well
Things need improvement
The only thing i dont like about the place that ground level is a little low and hence faces the issue of water logging during heavy rains. Normal monsoon causes no issue...but when it rains continuously for 3-4 days or more then the water logging issue arises

There are some medical care centres and schools in the locality. There are many spots to spend quality time with family. Metro is easily accessible. The road condition is a bit poor at some areas. And pollution rate is high as well.

There are many hospitals nearby. The area is safe at night as well. The pollution index is low. There are some slums nearby which needs urgent development. The roads faces a lot of traffic and are mostly overcrowded.
