Connectivity is excellent, with public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs easily available, and the roads are in good condition. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste keeps the surroundings clean and hygienic. We have 24/7 electricity and water supply, which is a significant advantage, ensuring there are no disruptions in daily life. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues, and the flats are well-ventilated with good plaster and fittings. Security is top-notch with CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards available, adding a sense of safety.read more
