Good things here

Living here has been a pleasant experience with very nice and friendly neighbors. The community is well-secured with CCTV cameras and security guards. We have regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste, ensuring cleanliness. Essential amenities like schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently nearby. Each resident has designated parking with strict adherence to rules. The elevators are reliable and well-maintained, and we enjoy uninterrupted electricity and water supply. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites. The flats have proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings. Modern amenities such as a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained, adding to our comfort.read more

The transportation situation is a major issue. The narrow road leading to the society is always congested with traffic, causing significant delays and frustration. Good things here

I really enjoy the good connectivity here. Schools, hospitals, and markets are all nearby, and even the railway station is close. Cabs and taxis are easily available, which makes commuting hassle-free. The regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry segregation is well-handled. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues. The ventilation is perfect, and the plaster and fittings are done well. The neighbors are friendly and helpful, and the security with CCTV cameras and guards adds a sense of safety.read more

Things need improvement

The lack of amenities is very disappointing, We have a huge ground, but it�s empty. The parking space could be improved too. Another issue is the absence of autorickshaws nearby, but that is a common problem in South Mumbai. Other than that, everything is great here.read more

The lifts are well maintained, and cleanliness is good. Water is sufficiently available, and there is enough parking. Festivals are celebrated together, and people are cooperative. There is no issue with leakage or seepage, and autos and buses are easily available.read more
