Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and the electricity and water supply are reliable. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues, and the homes have proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings. Modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, and we've been staying here for a long time. Additionally, a security guard is available for safety.read more
Due to the landscape area, public transport options like autos, cabs, and buses are not readily available, which can be inconvenient for residents. There's no metro station near the committee, and there's no mall nearby either. We don't have a swimming pool or clubhouse in the society, and although there's a gym, it's always closed and never opens. The parking area in the committee is too small and needs to be bigger.read more
