The build quality of the apartment was excellent, with no issues regarding imperfections, and the rooms were spacious. The lifts were also well-maintained. The society had 24/7 water and electricity supply. In my opinion, families should not prefer to live in this society due to its locality. However, it is very suitable and reasonable for bachelors, with affordable�rent�options.read more

The society has limited parking space, with only a few flats having allocated parking, and there is no visitor parking available. It is located just outside the main city, making transportation options like the railway station, metro, and auto cabs difficult to access. Bus services are available but are a bit far from the society. The building is standard and old, lacking amenities like a park or office. A private gym was present but has been closed for a long time. Security is also lacking, with frequent guard changes and limited CCTV surveillance, only available at�the�entrance.read more
