The shopping malls, airport, and railway station are all within 2 kilometers. So many stores sell electronics and clothing on the cheap. There are numerous temples in the area, the most well-known of which is Anjaneyar Temple. The metro is only 10 minutes away. It is a luxury neighbourhood in Chennai.

strategic street lighting and police vigilance has made the area safe. there is little to no power outage in this locality,water supply and civic facillities are also great and regularly available for the residents

excellent connectivity and road condition. well maintained and regular upgrading. the only negative is the traffic,though the roads and infrastructure is impecable the traffic sometimes poses a problem for the commuters.

Nanganallur is an upcoming residential locality very close to the airport in the southern part of Chennai. It has been a part of Chennai Corporation since September 2011. Nanganallur has a lot of mostly 2 BHK and 3 BHK builder floors and even some individual homes. The rate for property in this area varies from Rs 8000 to Rs 10200 per sq. foot.
