Good things here
Local transport is available near by the society like auto,cabs and even there are schools and hospitals near by the society.Build quality of the apartment is really good as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.Society is very well maintained and neat,clean and hygenic atmosphere in the society.
Things need improvement
Allocated parking has been given to owners only there is no visitors parking in the society.There are no amenities in the society.

Good things here
Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is good. There are nearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, restaurants available around the society Water supply and electricity are available for 24*7 in the society. The rooms are quite big and spacious. Balcony is available. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house are available in the society, all are well maintained.
Things need improvement
Everything is available in the society, there is no such need of improvements required.

Good things here
All types of facilities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and park are available within the society. There are markets available outside the society premises. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and services are provided on time. Water supply is adequate, and the cleanliness and greenery within the society are well-maintained. Security is excellent with CCTV cameras installed throughout the premises. It's the best society in this area.
Things need improvement
I don't think there is a need for any further improvement in the society because it is already very good and well-maintained. I have had no negative experiences regarding the society.

Good things here
The maintainance services are very good and timely cleanliness and hygine is maintained Regularly garbage collection is done by the society. I use both personal vehicle and public transport. Proper parking space is alloted to all residents. CCTV are installed all over the society. the road conditions around the society are perfectly fine, street light are properly functional at night as well. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available just outside the society. The elevators works properly and there are no major issues faced regarding that. The rooms are properly ventilated with access to sunlight in all rooms. All Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. There are open spaces available in the society, society is very spacious. The society celebrates festivals and events where all the people in the society participates together. The society is very pet friendly, I myself have a dog and I have never faced any issues. Water logging issues are not faced at all. Mobile network and traffic issues outside the society has never happened. Paintings are done on time.
Things need improvement
There is no visitor's parking inside the society. The maintainance of the amenities are not done throughout the year, sometimes maintainance is done. Swimming pool is not functional throughout the year.

Safety and security measures of this place are quite nice. People are quite happy with the lifestyle they are getting here. Management team takes care of all the necessities of residents.

One of the main advantages of Kumar Parisar is the connectivity around it. Public transport facilities are quite easily available around this place. Parking areas are available in this residential society.

This place is well connected to multiple major places around the city. Local necessities are nice around the society. Nearby local areas are safe and secure. Electricity and water supply are nice.

This place is quite large and spacious. Open areas are available in the society. Kids can play around here. Constriction is quite reliable in this place. Apartments are large and comfortable.
