Very few negatives really. The Bellandur Lake is one of my favourite spots to unwind at times and the oxygen of our locality which has really been a nice thing. Overall amenities are also within accessible distance. So investment and ownership-wise, good place to be in.

You get access to Sarjapur Road on one hand and also all the best hospitals, schools, and other infrastructure. So I am pleased with my investment. My housing society is on the main road itself and I feel that I can commute better and faster now to my workplace. So my feelings are only positive about it.

I am really appreciative of how the authorities have develoepd this location. It is so peaceful at most times of the day and night but yet offers good connectivity through Sarjapur Road. There are quite a few projects also. The overall amenitie are also better suited for families.

Bellandur has always been Bangalore's best-kept-secret. Tranquil and very peaceful. But I still feel that more can be done in the housing or real estate department here. However, that does not mean that options are insufficient. Overall experience has been good for some years now.

There are no power cuts in the locality and the roads are very clean and well maintained. The locality has ample greenery in the form of various green belts and multiple parks where people go for morning and evening walks.
