I resently had pleasure of visiting Lumbini Avenu in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, and i must say, its a hidden gem in the city!.The avenu is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery. Lumbini Avenu is Perfect for a leisurely stroll or a relaxing evening walk. Overall Lumbini Avenue is must visit destination in Hyderabad.The are is well-equipped such as restaurants,cafes,shops No Traffic Jam Nearby Good Public Transport Well-maintained Roads Good Schools are nearbyread more

Things need improvement

The Avenu, which was ones a beautiful and well-maintained spot, now looks neglected and rundown. The pathways are cracked,the garden are overgrown, and the water features are dry. The avenu is poorly lit, especially in the evening, which makes it a safety concern for visitors.I also noticed the area is prone to littering. it is the best locality in the most of aspects like clubs, swimming pools, essential shops are within few kilometre. hotels, shopping malls grocery shops are available at walking distance. there is no difficulty in travelling for kids to go there because schools are within 2 km.read more

the main disadvantage of this locality is dust caused by road side area and as of now there is no metro connection nearby from my location.read more

Good things here

Surrounded with so many shopping malls hotels restaurants and other amenities that are available. we can easily find grocery stores and Street foods. metro station is also available nearby and it is very safe to go at night. electricity supply and their are no power cuts issues and also there are no water shortage problems.read more

There is huge traffic during most of the time and traffic leads air pollution noise pollution. the construction work in nearby areas also causing major dust pollution.read more

Good things here

the area has good public transportation, with easy access to the metro and Bus stands with in five or four kilometres. the area is not crowded, offers excellent food options, and the environment is generally pleasant. there are no power cuts, and the sunset views are beautiful. additionally transportation is well maintained and the streets are safe throughout the night.read more

Things need improvement

the drainage system is poorly maintained, with Leaking drainage water and waste spread on the roads. some roads are in very poor condition, and a few clubs and parks are also inadequately maintain ed. there are occasional traffic jam and pollution issues.read more

POSITIVES Close to Major are like Secunderabad,Trimulgherry, and Karkhana. Easy access to public transportation for good connectivity by buses,auto, and railway station 5km. Reputed schools in nearby area and hospitals are Apollo,Yashoda Hospital. Presence of shopping malls and local market with good restaurant and cafes at reachable distance. presence of colony park and secunderabad park for sitting with environment. Generally considered a secure area with low crime rates . Nearby lakes Hussain Sagar lake and some small ponds feels relaxation in sitting bank of these water bodies.read more

High cost of living and traffic jams make challenging especially during peak hours. can face parking challenge here with limited shopping centres and few entertainment options within walkable distance.lack of specialised hospitals in this nearby area. Noise pollution make an pleasant atmosphere but it good with lot of green spaces with water bodies.read more
