In general, the place has a very homely and welcoming atmosphere and the fare is very good too. Because public transportation is easily accessible and there is minimal traffic congestion outside, cabs arrive on time. Easy connectivity with local transport with the availability of nearby schools, markets, colleges, hospitals, institutes, and malls makes this a nice place to live. It is a lot safer environment for families and working parents who may work in the workplace without worrying about the safety of their family members. Police patrols are conducted regularly to enhance the security of the surrounding area.

There are many facilities available in this area and it is all within a 2 km radius. Ola and Uber's cabs arrive on schedule, there are bus stops nearby, and everything is within walking distance. This concept is unusual in that it allows you to instantly book a cab or taxi and have it arrive without delay. Also, because there are several universities, schools, malls, local markets, and hospitals nearby, the connectivity is excellent. With the help of CCTV cameras and security guards, all inhabitants can feel safe and protected. There is also police patrolling which is done multiple times of the day and night.

The only thing that I can speak in a negative way is that the airport is far off but I do not have to go often so I can relate to others. My office is here. So is my home and family. My child's school is also nearby. What else does one want? It is a settled life in a good locality and of course, we have our own dedicated metro station too.

It is quite obvious why I love staying in Electronic City- I mean I work here! Who wouldn't want to almost walk to work? I do! But then there are issues regarding garbage and some civic maintenance for underground tunnels. But I am overall happy with my experience as a resident of the township.

Electronic City is well known for IT hubs. But the poor waste management and traffic snarls are matter of concerns for the residents. Power cuts during raining season is the worst situation to handle. Sub roads are very much polluted and traffic signals are plenty in this area.
