Many of the tenants are software engineers and their families. There are 26 apartments in the society, and the ground floor is for parking and the second floor is for ground and park.

The traffic system is well-kept. This is the best place for foodies because there are so many restaurants. The nightlife is enjoyable, and safety is maintained. It is one of the most desirable areas.

There is plenty of space for jogging, as well as a gym and a swimming pool. Amanora and Season Mall are also close by. Bangalore's best place to stay. It is also far from major Bangalore attractions such as BTM, Jayanagar, and Silk Board.
