I like Kodambakkam and it is prime area with many luxury projects. The railway station is accessible and bus connectivity also. Famous restaurants here along with Abdul Kalam Circular Park. Sewage system really needs to be overhauled. Lot of issues with traffic also.

The roads are free from excessive traffic. Lots of stores available. Road condition is good with access to Forum Mall also. The suburban train network is also there to access. Metro is also getting ready. Pollution, traffic, and crowded bus stops are issues here.

Kodambakkam has pristine roads, lots of variety in terms of stores and all. Forum Mall and Kamala Cinemas are there along with other attractions. T Nagar is accessible along with restaurants, and more. You can easily access Chengalpattu, Egmore, Central, and Tambaram. There is also Loyola College nearby. Stagnant water is an issue and also pollution.

The road maintenance is overall decent here in Kodambakkam. But then metro and public bus is also available frequently along with cabs. Lots of educational institutions and restaurants. My grouse is traffic jam during office hours and water shortage is sometimes there in summer. Waste should be collected better.

You will appreciate central location here in Chennai. Great access to Kodambakkam railway station, shopping mall, theatres, Ashok pillar, and also restaurants. Parks are also there with banks and prayer halls. Some traffic jam and power cuts are the woes here along with flooding of the road. Metro work is ongoing so some issues there.

Kodambakkam is a well connected locality due to the easily available buses, cabs and autos. It is a traffic prone area, that is also not so safe as it is deserted at night. Hygiene also a concern due to improper garbage disposal. Pollution is also high compared to neighboring areas.

A calm and posh residential area, Kodambakkam, is well connected with other localities. There are many apartments and independent houses in this area. Rent is comparatively high. Garbage disposal is a major concern, environment is not so clean, but dusty, unhygienic.

Roads are well maintained. Plenty of eateries and restaurants. The area is close to Guindy Industrial Estate. The area is safer than most of the other localities and well lit as well all the time.

Kodambakkam is a nice decent locality. Close proximity to railway stations, airport, bus stands make it well connected to other areas in Chennai. Public transport is good. Schools, colleges, banks, ATMs, restaurants are close by. Local groceries and online groceries both available.
