Good things here
best thing is cleanliness...many garbage container are there at all corner and there is monthly cleaning of full society...lots of parking space there for cars...safe for night walk for women also as there many street light.. and frequent police petroling..alpha one mega mall at walking distance and small vegetable market nearby so no problem for this

major problem is material for house there are leaking from ceiling at many places and putty is removed from wall and crack in wall at some places...another problem is school for children no cbse english school nearby no garden for walking... security is another problem as many time beggers are come inside in society premises...

Good things here
i am not feel safe too because the neighbours are sacred myself and my wife in night time in this location.the location maintainece is well and pretty much good.it cleaning at all time and iam not face any problem of pollution issue.the electricity bill and charges is cheap and affordable and there was nothing frequently power cutting in this areathe quality of streetlight s is too good and they well lit for walking post 9pm.this area and the neighbours both are peaceful and help ful each other and does not any history of crime in neighbourhood

there are great schools hospitals and malls in this locality the among all the localities and you will also feel safe in this locality along with your family you can go out for a walk even after 11:00 p.m. locality is also well maintained and screen all the times and you will not even pace the pollution in the quality of roads are also good and during molecules it does not get late up there is no crime

there is nothing which I have decide about this locality as it contains all the facilities and you will not face any cleanliness problem or electricity problem or any water shortage and you will get all the facilities in very cheap price

safe locality with proper cctv surveilance and lit streets. the traffic lights are well maintained and there constant monitering of the traffic and the localities by the traffic police . any problem is promptly dealt with and emergencies are handles deligently by the civic bodies.

excellent transportation and conveyance facilities available. public transport is in good condition and easy availability of buses, autos and taxis. it is easy to reach the train station as there are shared taxis and autos nearby.

all basic amenities like shopping malls and restaurants are all nearby. good merchandise is available in the local markets and the costs are also affordable for everyone . education for the residents is not a problem as schools are nearby and good coaching centres are available.

the most prominent feature of this locality is its clean and green environment. the roads are well maintained and clean. with proper waste management the roads are pleasant to walk on and the municipality offer good civic facilities.

The area around Madipakkam offers very good connectivity. The airport is just 6 kms away from the locality premises. There are several IT hubs nearby and employees prefer tp get rented accommodation in the area. Property prices are rising though rent is affordable.

The biggest advantage of Madipakkam is its proximity to major highways, the airport and the IT hubs. There are problems of power cuts as well as water scarcity. There is encroachment on the pavements and along the lakes. The locality is relatively peaceful during the day time as compared to evening hours.
