Bhumkar nagar is very good for property as it is situated near highway. many school and college are near by it. JSPM, DY patil college is very near by. Wakad is developing but needs better infrastructire development. Public transport is not satisfactory and there are inner roads in the locality that are not well maintained. The area is safe at night but within the resdiential complexes only. There is plenty of greenery. Parking is a problem though this is taken care of in the residentyial complexes.

Wakad is being developed. Road connectivity is good but public transport facilities need to improve. Livability is good and the residential complexes have been well built and developed. The area is quite safe. There are problems of parking and waterlogging during heavy rains. Rental accommodation is affordable and popular with IT professionals

Good connectivity to the Mumbai expressway and highway, close to the IT hubs in the area. Wakad is being developed and a lot of projects are underway for infrastructure development. The area is livable and there are good schools, shopping marts, parks, gardens and lakes. Prices are on the higher side and price attractiveness is average.
