Bhumkar nagar is very good for property as it is situated near highway. many school and college are near by it. JSPM, DY patil college is very near by. School are also very nearby. many good hospital also specialist hospital are situated in bhumkar nagar. Many malls are also near by easily accessible to online marketing

Wakad is developing but needs better infrastructire development. Public transport is not satisfactory and there are inner roads in the locality that are not well maintained. The area is safe at night but within the resdiential complexes only. There is plenty of greenery. Parking is a problem though this is taken care of in the residentyial complexes.

Good connectivity to the Mumbai expressway and highway, close to the IT hubs in the area. Wakad is being developed and a lot of projects are underway for infrastructure development.
