Good things here
The atmosphere all around the house is very pleasant and green. Water and electricity supply is always available. Facilities like gym, lift and CCTV camera are available. Good schools and hospitals are available near the house. Public transportation facility is also good. Cabs, taxis and buses are easily available.

Roads have not been built in many places. In some places, construction work is still going on, due to which there is a lot of noise and pollution. There are often traffic jams on the main road.

Good things here
The locality here is very nice and all the amenities are present, this society is just beside the Wakad police station and all the necessary shops are nearby. And the main Phoenix Mall of the Millenium is just 5 minutes away. The environment is very good and even all the main areas like the Aundh and Baner are very much near.

In the evening there is a lot more traffic and going out in the evening is very difficult specially on weekends. Whenever you are need in some thing in urgent and if it is in the evening time then it is very difficult as due to the corporate rush it creates a huge traffic jam.

Good things here
The area benefits from excellent public transport options; including city buses; and rideshare services like Ola and Uber; with no traffic jams in the afternoons. Metro connectivity is currently being developed. Residents enjoy numerous green parks and temples; an advanced gym; and a club that hosts various cultural events throughout the year.
Things need improvement
There are few schools in the vicinity; and road conditions are poor with inadequate street lighting. Parking is a constant issue due to limited space; and markets are located far from the area. Grocery stores have early closing hours. Additionally, Swimming pool for children ,and the adult swimming pool is poorly maintained .The absence of a hospital and police station raises safety concerns; especially for women and children at night

The Pune Mumbai highway in Pune north is a key route connecting Pune to Mumbai,making it one of the busiest highways in the region.The highways is well maintained ensuring smooth travel for daily commuters and long distance travellers .over the years the area around the highway has undergone significant development with new residential complexes,shopping centers,and restaurants popping up,adding convenience for those living nearby. Living close to the Pune Mumbai highway offers excellent connectivity,making travel between Pune and Mumbai easy. Essential services like hospital schools and markets are readily available,making daily life hassle free.

Heavy traffic on the highways can lead to congestion especially during peak hours.Noise and air pollution from the constant flow of vehicles can also concern residents. Frequent traffic jams on the Pune Mumbai highway north of Pune are a common issue particularly during peak hours and weekends.The high volume of vehicles,including private cars buses and trucks often causes congestion at major junctions and toll plazas along the route

Good things here
This area is a excellent as is has good connectivity facilities like public transport, autos, share ride services like uber, Ola etc.The roads are also very wide and spacious due to which less accidents take place. It also offers other facilities like shopping malls, restaurant , hospital, local markets etc , that caters to the needs of wide range of residents living here. Overall it is a good locatuon to live in.
