no any crime history in our neighborhood. yes it is safe and secure with security guard and cctv camera. 24hrs electricity and water supply. transportation cab easily accessible. nearby school, malls, restaurants, grocery shop, market etc. well maintained streetlights and gardens. nearby metro station.

The shopping malls, Showrooms, banks & medical clinics inside 4km. Banks are at strolling distance. Each road are furnished with electric bulb. Transports employ at ordinary timespans & Uber ola taxis are an accessible whenever.

Good things here

School, hospital, transport, market, cinema, park, are at walkable distance. Ferry to Gorai side is available at 7 mins walkable distance. Temprature within the area is always 1° lower side compared to station road side..

Things need improvement

Station is at 3.5 km distance, but transportation is available all time like AC BEST bus at 6 Rs ride, auto, share auto at 20 Rs..

Good connectivity via public transport and private cabs such as OLA and Uber. Metro station is 2kms away. Multiple hospitals, schools, restaurants and grocery shops within 5kms. Wide roads and plenty of trees planted along the footpath. Frequent power cuts and voltage issues.

Lots of property options in the area especially for rentals. Some slum encroachments and also on footpaths but overall area has good housing options and a wee bit lower prices than other Mumbai locations which are considered super-prime. Lots of business hubs nearby.
