Burari has both residential and commercial establishments with good market places. The residential zone is separate and this makes the area comparatively peaceful. RWAs for each colony have maintained hygiene, drainage, waste management, water supply, and CCTV. Still metro access is not there and is coming soon. More schools and coaching centres needed with parks and greenery.

Transportation is quite nice with DTC bus networks, taxis, and markets nearby. Kaushik Enclave Government Hospital has been a big boost. There are no power cuts at all. Sometimes parking space and traffic congestion may be issues with drainage problems in the monsoon.

Burari is where the pollution level is on the lower side and you get an agricultural feel. All restaurants and malls are within access with decent bus connectivity. Land pricing is comparatively affordable. Proposed metro station in 2024 is still sometime away.

It is a great place to live with good transport and safety levels. Fresh and green ambience. Lighting on roads is good at night. Neighbors are friendly also. Traffic jams take place due to street vendors and more parks would have been welcome.

Burari is where I have lived for twenty years and more. The area is a peaceful one with proposed metro coming by 2024, decent transportation and a Government hospital within 3-4 km. Road lighting is good and the crime rate is on the lower side.
