Good things here

there are three government schools and nearest small mall was velocity avadi and tangedco less power cuts and pattabiram is generally peaceful and monsoon time within 1 hours rain water will dry and light lamp facily each streetread more

Things need improvement

improper street light maintenance and rain drainage issue and these are the dislikes and less restuarants and funread more

Friendly neighbors and proximity to essential services. Schools, Colleges, and theatres are near by. Good public transportation and easy access to major roads. Railway station around 1kmread more

Need to withstand Chennai Weather hot conditions during summer. Otherwise the area is good and green.read more

People are not aware of this newly developing IT corridor. The land value is getting appreciated in cycle of 2months. There wont be any regrets in investing in the location.read more
