More About Godrej Woodscapes Phase 2

Godrej Woodscapes has been approved by the Karnataka RERA Board. The project is a phased development, offered in two phases. The RERA REG number for Phase 1 of the project is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/170524/006882. The RERA REG number for Phase 2 of the project is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/170524/006888. The possession for Phase 1 will begin in Jan 2029. The possession for Phase 2 will begin in June 2030.

The township is developing the prime localities of Budigere, Bangalore. Godrej Woodscapes provides luxurious homes that offer the best living experience. The RERA details for Godrej Woodscapes will be updated soon.

The project is developing on 28.15 acres with 85% open space. It has over 1500 grown trees to give buyers a healthy living environment. Godrej Woodscapes has 13 towers in Phase 1 and 4 towers in Phase 2. Overall, 2400 units are available with 38 and 39 floors. The apartments are available in 2, 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK (Bedroom, Kitchen and Hall). The 3 and 4 BHK apartments have servant's rooms as well. The starting price of the apartments is Rs 1.30 crore.

The luxurious society is to the west of Bangalore, and around 500 metres of the project is on the highway. The OMR national highway connects with the ports of Mangalore and Vellore. For residents to relax, the Yele Mallappa Shetty Lake and the
