I have bought flat in year 2017 , there are lot of leakages from the wall, water coming from above floor, our whole celing is damaged. We have complaint builder in 2019 but he was denying to repair it. In the year 2020 also I visited the office person called name Ritesh, he said after covid they will do it. Once covid got over, I again visited the office & met same guy he said to meet Shashank & that guy said in few days it will get done. Due to work purpose I travel to delhi to work & now it is 2024 they have not repair it. Due to this my whole ceiling is damaged & when we are asking them to repair it, they are saying that we have handed over the society, now they will not do it. This are frauds & due to fraud builders are hard earn money we are loosing.read more
By reminding so many times to Builder person called Ritesh & even I have shared the email also but they have not taken any action . Due to which our hard earn money we are loosing this people playing with us. My father is old person he is running here & there and they are just passing the bug to the socirty, Now I am oustide India, my father is alon they are just troubling & harassing my father. If anything goes wrong & ceing fall down, anything happens then it is the totally respobibility of builder & his agent Ritesn.read more

I have always trust in Nisarg greens as builder. It is a good project. Construction quality is really good with the best fitting and fixture. Open space is there a lot in this project with so much greenery, you will love using walking or jogging track here. Then good security feature is there and full power backup so no electricity problem. Mobile tower network otherwise good here and residents welcoming you with smiles.read more

Nisarg greens is very good project for people looking to live in prime Mumbai location within slightly better budget. Developer has given excellent amenities, right from Kid’s play area, Hi-Tech Gymnasium, Mini football court, Multi-purpose court, Net cricket, Central garden, Amphitheatre, Clubhouse with gymnasium, overlooking the swimming pool. Everything is top class here. Maintenance problem is not there. WFH crowd will not face problem with mobile. Area is safe and secure with some water logging in monsoon season.read more

I am so far happy with project experience. Overall area safety is good, complex safety is also there. Mobile tower issue is not there. Monsoon sometimes lead to water accumulation which is little bit of problem. But society maintenance is satisfactory and all amenity is very good. Working from home is breeze here. Everything within easy reach including hospitals, schools and also the supermarket. Lots of option for entertainment in neighborhood. Very happy with my stay here.read more
