Auto and cab services right at our doorstep. Public transport options make commuting a joy, especially with schools and colleges nearby. The quality of construction is top-notch - no water blockage or termite issues to worry about. Plus, having a community hall is a great addition for social gatherings. And with Symbiosis College so close by, it's an ideal location for education too.read more

It's frustrating when the garbage isn't picked up on time, leading to an untidy environment in our society. Unfortunately, cleanliness is not maintained regularly, which affects our overall living experience. Moreover, dealing with water scarcity and irregular water supply adds to the daily challenges. It's disappointing that amenities like a gym or a playground for kids to play are not available, which limits our recreational options within the society.read more

The neighbors are nice, friendly, and humble. Security is a top priority with CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards available. Garbage is collected regularly, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby, making daily life convenient. Each resident has designated parking, and rules are followed to maintain order. Elevators are installed and well-maintained. There is no issues of seepage or termites. The apartments have proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings. Gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained.read more

There were no issues with leakage or seepage in the flat. The society featured a play area and a garden for residents. The residents were respectful and celebrated festivals together. The location of the society was very good, with everything accessible like markets, autos, and buses. The flats were quite spacious, and since the construction was new, there were no issues related to construction. The landlords were very cooperative. There was also RO water available for drinking, and the society had a garden.read more
