I am looking to buy a flat in esspee tower borivali(e).
have been quoted around 1.06 Cr, and project is expected to complete around may 2015.
How is the quote, for a 1090 Sq Ft 2bhK.

Any idea about the builder and project.
Also, any other alternatives i can consider within this budget.

Areas -

Only requirement is proximity to station.
And need only society garden and parking, rest no other amenities are fine.

Budget - 1.10 - 1.15 CR
Looking for ready possession or possession till end of year or mid 2015.
