This place is phenomenol, According to Amenities all expectations gets fullfilled, Walk an distance approx 5-6 km to hospitals.

Nothing much but railway station is far away from this location sames appliesnwith airport. Except this all good.

Good things here
I living in Bhandup from past 25 years...No electricity issues is there.... Drinking water available no issues for that also.... transportation also easily available buses cabs & autos till midnight... Neptune mall , MacDonald & Dmart also near under 2 kilometres....Decent & professional peoples area....no water logging issues also.... Schools and hospitals near by available ....local market also walking 5 to 10 minutes near by.....once you visit this property hope you like it... Street light in night continuously on..so it's safe...metro station also near by now....

In Evening sometimes rush in area some traffic is there...rest all No dislike from my side...if roads wide and specious this issue also getting solved in future....

At this area all festival celebrations is doing which is the best part... easily available cabs buses...water logging also not in this area...water also available no issues for that also.... cameras also there...so safety is also good...lot of green area near by gardens..one of the safe place.....no electricity issues in area.... professional and decent people's area...

Only dislike is for this is sometimes rush in area but it's rarely...roads need to expand more...but is developing now...hope this issue will also resolved....visit once you will like this place...

Bhandup is well developing area in Mumbai...no water issues....it's also known as professional area ..... Electricity also have no issues.....near by Play ground and gardens also available... people going at shivaji park at evening it's green place with grass..it's also near... petrol pumps also near.... street lights at night continuously on... transportation easyly available bus cabs also share autos....schools also near about 1 or 2 kilometres

only dislike about place is crowd at evening it's make traffic and noisy little remaining no issues I face in this area ..hope once you visit you like this property...

I love that property because it has educate amount of WhatsApp and low power cuts and the transport is very well available and the nature is very well maintained

I living in this area from past 20 years so it's well known ares for me...Bhandup is in Mumbai so it's developing..there are more slums st once s time but now all are developing in building...no water logging issues is there...Adequate water is the no shortage of water... transportation facilities is very good Buses autos cabs all are available.... traditional functions celebration is my favourite in bhandup...all festivals celebrated in this area.... professional and decent people are living in this area...local market and mall also near by..kanjurmarg dmart also there for groceries ..no electricity issues also in bhandup...

there is only one thing for dislike is at evening only rush of people st road so traffic is there and little bit noisy...but only evening time ... remaining all are good points for this area from my side....

The society is in middle of city. Connectivity is so good. All transport option are available. Nearby cafes and restaurants.

I know this are because of I leave here for 25 years...slum areas but now almost 90% buildings here....there is no transportation issue... sharing auto and government buses also kokan nagar bus stop near by so you can easily get empty buses...from first stop to go anywhere....fish market also near by...local markets also like gadhv naka & kokan nagar local market near by...no electricity issues in area.... Oxford school also English medium schools near by you will get.... Neptune mall where MacDonald and movies theatre Cinepolis also near to 1 or 2 kilometres....no water shortage ...in a year if municipal work or leakage in any area..so water shortage you will get for only one day.... chatrapati shivaji talav also near by to make yourself fresh.....

Dislike for place is traffic at evening...roads expand by government but at evening some traffic is there...so it's make crowded and noisy sometimes...it's only dislike of this place...

transportation/cab availability is excellent, well maintained environment parks, good gym, neighbors are familiar, here no history of any crime, traffic and road are to impressive, Streelights are good and working conditions, here 24/7 electricity supply or cctv security nearby school for children playing ground for children and everyone.

I live from 1995 to 2020 in this area...so it's very good option to buy House in Mumbai Bhandup bhatti pada area...just go for it... there are no water logging & power cut issues....i suggest it's best property in area where you can buy house..

only thing i dislike it's little bit noisy at local time...also need to make wide road ..so local time there will less traffic..but I think as a future development that issue will also going resolve.

Slum encroachment in some parts and some waterlogging issues. But that is about it. That is the story of many areas in Mumbai. Comparatively, this one is slightly affordable with good families, lots of surrounding recreational options and good connectivity. So I will rate the area highly at my end.

Bhandup West has slightly affordable housing and that's why I picked the area. Lots of projects and good developers. Area has all the necessities that you can access and taking the Eastern Express Highway or railway station to other areas is also quite smooth. So I will say that I am happy till now.

I can easily commute from the station and also the Eastern Express Highway ensures good connectivity for those residing here. I find Bhandup West very calming overall. It is slightly different from the chaos of Mumbai though traffic volume is sometimes high.

First thing I found was lots of ready projects in the area. So that is one good thing for those looking to shift quickly. Also, the peaceful Sanjay Gandhi National Park is nearby. You can also get railway station access so all in all it is a good place to live in.

There are many hospitals and schools nearby so one need not commute miles away to get these facilities. You can enjoy the services just a walk away from your home. There are markets in close range as well where you can find all amenities at a reasonable cost.

The roads are very dirty and due to construction there is dust pollution and environment becomes very polluted. The pollution level is generally on the higher side in this area and old people as well as asthma patients have a l=relatively tougher time living here

In rainy reason there are pootholes and it becomes quite dangerous to travel as any untoward incident can occur. The roads are not well maintained by the local authorities and that is an issue regarding all the residents have been jointly compalining to the authorities.

There is scarcity of car parking in the area and people tend to park their vehicles on the road causing traffic jams. The locality sees a lot of traffic rush during office hours and the roads are not that wide either.

There is no scarcity of water and there are no power cuts in this locality so one can stay here peacefully. Quality of life in this area is highly rated and there is no regret on my side for purchasing a property here
