In this small community, comprising 30 families, the connectivity is excellent, as it is conveniently located near the main road and within walking distance of the school, two hospitals, and supermarkets. Bus stops and shopping malls are within a 1km radius of the society. Basic amenities include ample parking options on the ground floor, with a security guard always available. The maintenance of the society is commendable, with well-maintained elevators and clean common areas due to regular cleaning practices. Garbage collection occurs punctually every day. The construction quality is impeccable, with no issues such as seepage or cracks. Flats in the society are available at affordable prices.read more
