The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced in the society, water is always available. water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good in the society. constructuion quality is good in the buuildings, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the buildings. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. tennis court is also available in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
Bus stops and buses are not available outside the society. Power backup is not available in the society. Power cuts happens sometimes and it takes a long time for the electricity to come back. Paintings are not done on common areas on time as some people in the society extended their areas in common areas for which paintings are not done. Some construction issues are seen in external areas that needs to be taken care of.

He said main pehle rehta tha is Eldeco society mein. Schools aur market hain society ke paas mein. Construction quality acha hai society ka, no seepage/leakage issues here. Time to time painting hota hai society mein. Maintenance was the best, everything was on time. Complaint hota tha wahan toh bht jaldi resolve ho jata tha. Issue resolution was very quick. Amenities like gym , swimming pool & clubhouse sab tha society mein. Log acche the society, cooperative the , accha atmosphere tha society mein.
Things need improvement
Connectivity itna acha nahi hai wahan ka, metro toh kaafi door hai around 4 km from society, and sharing public transport bhi thoda door se milta hai, so yeh issues hain.

Connectivity is very good. maintenace is good. all facilities are there like swiming pool, club house, gym, parking area.

Construction is very bad like seepage, leakage problem are there. many of the flats are still pending to register to the owner.

Good things here
Transport connectivity near the society was satisfactory with easy availability of public transport options like autos and rikshaws. Market areas were close by. Maintenance quality is fine with CCTVs and Elevators being installed. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. The neighborhood is friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Construction quality was quite poor with recurring seepage and leakage issues.

Eldeco Aamantran society is very good and everything is well maintained here. Maintenance services are very good here. Visitor parking is available.

The connectivity of the society is top-notch as Metro Station is nearby, and you can get public transport easily.

Basketball and tennis court are also available. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. Paintings are done on time in the society. Parking space is available and it is quite spacious.

Electricity issues are faced in the society, power cuts are a major problem. Extra charges are taken for power backup supply.

The society was well equipped with local transport facilities such as metro. CCTV cameras and lifts are available in the premises of the society. Additional staircases are available in case of emergencies in the area. The ventilation and sunlight is properly available in the society. Garbage collection is done every morning. Anemities like swimming pool, gym and play area is available.
Things need improvement
Facing a slight issue of seepage in the area. The building is quite old and proper maintainence is not taken into account. The neighbours of the society are not that interactive and cooperative. Only a few of them are helpful. No festivals are celebrated in unity, the residents celebrate festivals within their family.

Transportation connectivity was satisfactory with availability of cabs, autos and other options. Routes were linked to the main road. Water supply and electricity supply is provided properly. Amenities like gym, library, two swimming pool, play area and clubhouse are available. Residents are friendly and cooperative. Elevators are installed

Maintenance quality was poor. Faced discrimination by the RWA management in providing services. Construction quality is also poor with a lot of seepage and leakage issues. The quality of walls was also not great. Residents living in the studio flats were not very decent. CCTVs were not installed. There was Water logging issue in the parking area in rainy seasons.

The best part is yhan par parking spots allted hai toh ye kaafi sahi system hai. connectivity is good as we get auto and cab easily from the society. yhan par saari required amenities hai like gym, swimming pool, etc. the maintanance of the society is actually good, they maintain they society really well cleanliness hmesha rehti hai. have proper water and power supply.

Metro is a bit far from the society 7-8 KM. and railway station is also far. maintainence fee of the society is a bit on the higher side

Market to nearby hai, that's not an issue. Maintenance is really good, very clean. CCTVs are also there and work very well. Seelan and seepage is not an issue in my house because I'm the owner of my flat so I take care of all that stuff. But not sure about other flats in the society. Amenities like 2 swimming pools, park, club house are there in the society and they very very well maintained. Neighbours are friendly and cooperative. All festivals are celebrated.

Public transport ka thoda problem hai. Metro 3-4 km door hain.

Autos, cabs, and buses were easy to find, and metro stations weren't too far away from our society. We had CCTV cameras and lifts installed in the society. The market area and other daily essential shops were located outside the society. Maintenance was handled very well. People were very friendly, and all the amenities in the society were available and well-maintained. The best thing about the society was the greenery.
Things need improvement
There's a problem with seepage, which started about 6 months ago. They also had an issue with electricity once, which caused them to lose an oven and a laptop.

Maintenance services are provided with cleanliness and garbage collection. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. Residents are friendly and cooperative in nature.

Buses are not available nearby. Auto prices are very high. Construction quality is quite poor with bad plaster quality and weak walls. Leakage issues also exist in the whole building. pipelines are not properly maintained and are of bad quality. Some pipelines contains rust.

The garden is well maintained, and there is good greenery. Garbage collection happens every morning. Inside the lift, there are properly installed fans and lights. All amenities are well maintained.

There is an issue with public transportation because there is no connectivity to the metro. Maintenance could be improved. Buses and autos are often overcrowded.
