Cleanliness is well-maintained throughout the society, and security measures meet standard requirements. The rooms are spacious and adequately ventilated, ensuring a comfortable living environment.read more

Things need improvement

This building is part of an older society, which means its maintenance facilities are not as modern as those in newer developments. There is a basic maintenance team available to handle any issues that arise. Unfortunately, the society lacks amenities, and although there is a clubhouse, access is disputed between the builder and property holder, thus residents cannot use it. However, there are significant issues with pipeline fittings causing multiple seepages throughout the building that urgently need to be addressed and repaired.read more
