The CCTVs and elevators are not functioning properly, which could affect security and accessibility. Poor construction quality leading to seepage issues is also concerning. Additionally, the absence of amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse diminishes the quality of life for residents. It's disappointing that neighbors are not very cooperative, and parking-related issues further exacerbate community tensions. With celebrations mostly not happening, it seems the community spirit is lacking.read more
