Good things here
Here rent is very friendly. There are many local grocery stores nearby where all the food items can be easily found. There is a children's school nearby where one can go easily. There is a hospital and a good medical store nearby where medicines are available at the right price. Cultural programs are also held on many festivals here. There is a local market nearby where clothes, daily use items, vegetables and fruits are easily available. There are many small dhabas and restaurants available nearby where food is available at reasonable rates. There is no problem in electricity supply. Water also comes on time. The metro station is available some distance from home. The bus facility is also good. Taxis can also be booked both online and offline from here.read more

There is no good garden and park available nearby, nor is there a good playground for the kids to play. There is a fear of dog bite at night in the streets.read more

This community is a peaceful, low pollution rent option with spacious apartments when compared to other gated communities in the vicinity of Offices, IT parks, Film Nagar, Jubilee Hills, Gachibowli, Nanakramguda, Durgam Cheruvu, Malkam Cheruvu etc. If you like spacious rooms, peaceful rooms with two independent car spots, then this apartment suits you. Cupboards are done in 3 bed rooms. The fourth one could be used as a media room. Geysers, fan and light fittings, along with powerful kitchen chimney available. The apartments and the buildings are spaced generously. Gated security is available and security camera work is in progress. But currently, this is not available.read more

This apartment is not for those looking for amenities like parks and play area inside the gated community. Though, the same are available in less than 300 meters outside the community. This complex is not yet fully developed as some owners are yet to take up interior work. Hence the occupancy is relatively low.read more

Raidurg has a great mix of residential and commercial areas. You can find everything from supermarkets to restaurants to gyms within a short distance. The streets are well-maintained and the houses are beautiful.
