the area is near to schools and colleges and many retail outlets are there. there is frequent power cuts. night time is not so safe. transportation is available round the clock. The area is well connected.

a beautiful locality settled snug in the outskirts of Chennai. schools and colleges are nearby and it also has markets at walkable distance , a nearby shopping mall ,fresh water is always available, .no frequent power outages and safe at night.

Due to its location and the presence of IT sectors the area is called home by many employees and bachelors and thus is very affordable and well developed. cheap and affordable housing is available for everyone. good food and fresh produce is also available.

The area has easy access to transport. Markets, restaurants, and parks are within a 1 km range. The health care facilities are available in the area. However, huge traffic leads to traffic jams in the area. The internal streets have potholes.
