At evenings the place becomes crowded as most people who live here own private vehicles that is why sometimes it feels polluted. Because of the location it get very noisy and we have to keep the windows closed. The local railway stations are far like Jogeshwari and Andheri. There is no parking space.

In next few years there will be a connectivity of metro services in full swing though old metro option is still available. The property prices will increase in the future. Currently it is still within an affordable range. The online shopping or food delivery is also quite fast and no one stops them from entering the building.

The neighbourhood is quite decent, it’s a little expensive but worth every penny you spent on it, it’s a perfect locality to live a luxurious life in Mumbai. Accommodations are 5 star. The only problem is you have to park your car on the road. There is no dedicated parking space here.

The essential daily required facilities are near such as hospitals, private schools, malls. Theatres and gardens are also located at a walking distance. The other travel options like ola, uber can pick you up within minutes. Simple apartment complex with no parking facility. You can park car on the road.

One of the major drawback of this place is the roads, its damaged from within which causes traffic, and wrong parking can be seen everywhere. I wish we had a proper parking area. There is no terrace. The windows provide adequate ventilation.
